Return & Exchanges
We accept returns due to any of the following reasons:
We do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage or negligence. If you receive a defective product due to workmanship or material, please email us at email@example.com_ within 3 business days from the day you received the product for further assistance.
Wrong item shipped/missing item
If you received a product that is not what you have ordered, or missing something from your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org_ within 3 business days from the day you received the product for further assistance.
- A refund (on the original amount paid for the returned item) will only be available if your returned item is out-of-stock.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Service vouchers are not refundable and non-exchangeable for other items, cash or other promotions.
- If you refund request is approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 business days.
